The experts of the University of Debrecen are working together in close cooperation with the FODISZ (National Children, Competition and Free Time Sports Activity Association of People with Disabilities). to work out an achievement diagnostics protocol and method to help to educate, teach and sports activity of children with special educational needs. The agreement was signed at the Jubilee opening ceremony of the academic year of FODISZ last Friday by the delegates of the University and the association In the framework of cooperation, the Faculty of Education for Children and Special Educational Needs (DE GYGYK) are making a methodological material which helps to prepare the parents and the kindergarten pedagogues how to educate and teach children with disabilities as said Peter Bálint, the Dean of the Faculty.
The aim of the project (Supporting Early Development of Preventive Communication and Measurement) to introduce its professional content into the state and church funded kindergartens and methodological provisions.
The Sports Science of Coordination Institution of the University of Debrecen takes part in the project, too.
Our main aim to broaden the practice of sports professionals, PE teachers dealing children with disabilities with training and teaching contents. Besides this, we develop an achievement diagnostics protocol for sportsmen with disabilities on the base of research projects of SET Center of the University of Debrecen – highlighted László Balogh director.
